Services available to residents of Abbey Park in Lyon Township

Plan A:  Day and Night Assistance ($1500)

Medication management, continental breakfast delivered to room, assistance with dressing, undressing and personal grooming, escorts to and from meals, two hour check-ins around the clock, assistace with two showers a week, incontinence care up to six times daily.

Plan B:  Daytime Assistance with Check-Ins ($1300)

Medication management, continental breakfast delivered to room, assistance with dressing, undressing and personal grooming, escorts to and from meals, two hour check-ins between 8:00 am and 8:00 pm, incontinence care up to four times daily.

Plan C:  Daytime Assistance ($850)

Medication management, continental breakfast delivered to room, assistance with dressing, undressing and personal grooming, escorts to and from meals, one shower each week.

Plan D:  Continental Breakfast and Medication Reminders ($400)

Daily medication management and continental breakfast delivered each morning.
